GENERALI reserve the right to decline to do a commission without explaining the reasons.if any aggression is shown throughout the process i reserve the right to cancel the commission with a partial refund!I don't draw fully robotic characters or vehicles, extreme fetishes like scat, vomiting, vore and more (ask if unsure), underage characters in sexual scenes. i will not do macro or micro affiliated artwork, this includes the overly muscled or overly buff artwork. do not tolerate Zoophilous commissions or those who affiliate themselves with the term.Artistic freedom with poses and general composition is well welcomed but feel free to tell me your ideas for a general theme, mood, pose or color palette.I don't mind suggestions but I really don't feel comfortable if you know exactly how every inch of your commission should look like. I don't work with strict guides for poses. Please keep that in mind before ordering. It’s not laziness on my side but when I don’t have much space for artistic freedom it really kills my creativity and the final result probably will be worse than my regular art.I can work with a deadline but you should inform me about it at least two weeks earlier.RIGHTS TO USE
Your commission is for personal use only: you can repost it online anywhere you want, with given credits. You can also print it or use it for personal items. You can make changes in the commission but please tell me before you do it!You allow me to use the artwork for self-promotion; upload to social media, portfolio, etc.The commissioner may not, in any situation, reproduce art to sell commercially without a previous agreement.I have the right to post your commission on all of my social media.I retain the rights to use commissioned art for personal use and reproduction (prints, artbooks, etc).If you don't want the piece uploaded by me, then let me know beforehand.Do not use any of my art (commissioned or not) in AI training/generating.PAYMENT INFO

I send one WIP with a sketch for detailed drawings, if you want more with the progress in coloring please tell me!If you don't like the pose I sketched for your commission, I can draw up to two new ones without extra fees but I reserve the right to use the rejected sketches. The next sketches will cost $10 per sketch. if received a sketch and or line work and i have received no editorial towards said work thus far after a week, no correction shall be granted.If the client wishes to cancel said commission for an element that was not discussed prior or directly after purchase, a refund will not be honored ; just as it is YOUR responsibility to ask me what elements the artist would be comfortable drawing when in talks of purchase.You can't ask for big changes after the sketch is accepted. Unless it's my mistake in your character design. Small changes like color of the eyes or other small details are fine to change even after finishing.
If you order a sketch commission you won't get any WIP unless you ask me for it.
My regular finishing time is from 1 to 2 months but it can be longer in some cases.I was recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel in my drawing hand so please bare with me if any flare ups do occur!REFUNDS
No refunds once the payment has been made.
(Unless I decide I can't finish it)I am not responsible to offer refunds on purchases that were made before a sale. If a client wishes for a refund to be made only to repurchase the said item or piece for the discounted price; it will not be honored.YCH's will not offer any form of refund as it is a filled slot that is reserved for the client, As i spent countless hours making said YCH.OTHER
I reserve the right to interpret your character to fit my style, for example, eyes without visible whites.
If there is no contact with you for two months after the sketch was sent, the commission will be cancelled and you'll not receive a refund.YCH's may be shared with close friends under my discretion!under no circumstances may my YCH's be traced and then resold for profit.CONTACT
I’m a one-person company and my time for everything is very limited. Sometimes it’s hard to maintain everything if I want to keep being active on social media, take care of clients, draw and have some free time for IRL stuff and rest. That’s why replies may take me one-two days.If you’re contacting me via Telegram it doesn’t mean that the reply will be faster as it’s my private account so I use it mainly to contact friends and family. Please don’t worry if you see me online on Telegram or any other social and you don’t get an instant reply, it’s nothing personal. You’re not ignored, I just have a schedule for everything :).
